About your 6

We will cover #YOUR6 while you are away on active duty or upon your return from service.  #YOUR6 will provide funding directly to veterans in need of assistance for their children to compete in youth sports and for families serving at home while their loved ones are on active duty. 

Sports can help provide an escape for your family while you are serving your country or can also help aid the healing process.   The cost of sports can be difficult to absorb for most veterans or active duty servicemembers.  Recognizing this need, Hit The Cut is launching a brand new program called #YOUR6.   Following the lead from other programs across the country, #YOUR6 will help children of active-duty service members and veterans participate in sports in Michigan.  

Such a large endeavor will need special support and guidance.   Assisting Hit The Cut with this program is Sgt. Richard Silvia.   As a United States Marine Corp veteran, Mr. Silva understands the importance of sports, family and service.    Mr. Silva will assist us as the #YOUR6 program ambassador.
